Our Personal Training Programs are a way for our clients to access the necessary tools and training needed to accomplish higher levels of fitness. This type of program is generally geared towards the general public with a focus on health and fitness. Through exercise we will assess and train muscular strength, endurance and power, as well as cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. We focus on providing safe and effective programs with an individualized approach to maximize results.

What to Expect
Before we begin any training we will ensure the following is completed:
- A consultation and health appraisal
- Discuss your fitness goals & aspirations
- Agree on a fee
- Sign a personal training agreement
- Complete applicable legal forms
- Get to know each other and establish a rapport
- Undergo a full fitness assessment

How Long Is A Session & What Does It Cost?
- Each session lasts 60-90 minutes
- We charge a minimum of $50.00 per session

- At your home or other location of your choosing
- At your gym (if permitted)
- At a gym of the trainer's choosing
